How to Settle a Bill as BTC (Bill to Company) / How to Create a BTC Money Receipt

1. Create a Company GST Ledger

Before settling any bill as BTC (Bill to Company), you must create a Company GST Ledger in the software if it does not already exist.
Once the company ledger is created, it can be selected while generating the GST bill or during settlement.

2. How to Create a Company GST Ledger

Follow these steps to create the company ledger:

1. Go to the Front Office Module.
2. Click on Front Office Master.
3. Select Agent Company Master.
4. Click Add Agent Company Master.
5. Enter the required details:

• Company Name
• Company Address
• GST Number
• Mobile Number
• Click Save to create the company ledger.

3. How to Settle a Bill as BTC (Bill to Company)

1. During the Money Receipt Settlement process, select MOP (Mode of Payment) as BTC.
2. The A/C/Member option will become active.
3. Click on None and select Company from the dropdown list.
4. Choose the Company Ledger to which the bill should be settled.
5. Click Save to complete the BTC settlement.
