How to Do Check-In / Guest Registration in Hotel Software / PMS
- Go to:
Front Office Module → Front Office → Guest Registration - Enter Guest Details (Name, Contact, Address, etc.)
- Enter Room Details
- Click on Add next to room details
- You can add multiple rooms under the same registration
- (Useful for group bookings)
- Add Other Guest Details (optional)
- These details will appear in the final bill if required
- Select Room Plan (if applicable)
- Select Document Type and enter Document Number
- Upload:
- Guest Photo
- ID Proof / Documents
- Click Save
Advance Payment (After Save)
- After clicking Save, wait for 2–5 seconds
- A popup will appear: “Do you want to add advance?”
If Advance is Received:
- Click Yes
- You will be redirected to Money Receipt
- Enter Advance Amount
- Select Mode of Payment (MOP)
- Click Save
If No Advance:
- Click No to continue without advance
Note
You can add advance later as well if it is not received during check-in.
