How to Do Check-In / Guest Registration in Hotel Software / PMS

  1. Go to:
    Front Office Module → Front Office → Guest Registration
  2. Enter Guest Details (Name, Contact, Address, etc.)
  3. Enter Room Details
  4. Click on Add next to room details
    • You can add multiple rooms under the same registration
    • (Useful for group bookings)
  5. Add Other Guest Details (optional)
    • These details will appear in the final bill if required
  6. Select Room Plan (if applicable)
  7. Select Document Type and enter Document Number
  8. Upload:
    • Guest Photo
    • ID Proof / Documents
  9. Click Save

Advance Payment (After Save)

  • After clicking Save, wait for 2–5 seconds
  • A popup will appear: “Do you want to add advance?”

If Advance is Received:

  • Click Yes
  • You will be redirected to Money Receipt
  • Enter Advance Amount
  • Select Mode of Payment (MOP)
  • Click Save

If No Advance:

  • Click No to continue without advance

Note

You can add advance later as well if it is not received during check-in.
